1. Scope
These notices describe use of the Bottle Trouble website and iOS/iPadOS app. The app licence is governed by the Apple Standard EULA linked below. These notices do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

The Apple App Store terms also apply to the app. We use Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.
2. Using the app and website
Bottle Trouble is a local party game for adults. Two to eight people play together on one device. A user account, online lobby or entitlement to remote multiplayer is not part of the product.
The website may be used for private information and support purposes. Automated overload, circumvention of protective measures, manipulation of the app, unauthorised copying or unlawful use are not permitted.
3. Age and responsible participation
- The app is intended exclusively for adults.
- Penalty points serve only as the game score. The fewest penalty points at the end wins.
- Challenges can be skipped without penalty points. Tied scores share the same rank.
- The group respects boundaries, every no and an immediate end to the game.
- Points and rankings have no monetary value and do not create an entitlement to a prize.
Game content is entertainment and not an invitation to risky behaviour. Each person remains responsible for their decisions, health, surroundings and compliance with applicable law.
4. Lifetime Pro and in-app purchases
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase. The current app does not offer a new subscription. The total price in your currency and the App Store product information shown before confirmation apply. A purchase is initiated only when you confirm it in Apple's purchase dialog.
Apple handles billing and refund requests through the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restore Purchases checks existing purchases again. Refund information is available at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory withdrawal, conformity and refund rights remain unaffected; Apple provides further purchase information during checkout.
Pro removes the app's ad breaks and unlocks the Pro features described at purchase. Lifetime means an indefinite unlock of this product, not a subscription. Statutory rights to conforming digital content and necessary updates remain in place. If you hold a previously offered time-limited entitlement, it remains recognised until its verified expiry and is managed through Apple.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability or compatibility with every future device. Maintenance, platform changes, security requirements or product upkeep may require updates.
Changes to purchased digital content are subject to statutory requirements, including information, update and, where applicable, termination rights. These notices do not grant a blanket right to remove paid functionality.
6. Intellectual property
App code, design, text and graphics may be protected by copyright or other rights. The scope of the app licence and its exceptions follow the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.
Feedback may be evaluated to improve the product. No further transfer of rights takes place without a separate agreement.
7. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Mandatory claims, particularly for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory product liability law, remain unaffected.
8. Changes, law and contact
Changes to these terms will be published in an updated version with a new effective date. Statutory information and consent requirements apply to existing contractual relationships.
Applicable law and jurisdiction follow statutory rules and the validly incorporated App Store licence terms. These notices do not establish an additional exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections at your habitual residence remain unaffected.
